Nothing left—for whom? Camo’s budget magic turns scarcity into a matter of priorities. WFP reported cuts to Gaza food assistance on 19 October 2026 because of funding shortages. Separately, SIPRI’s April 2026 assessment recorded a 2.9% rise in global military expenditure in real terms during 2025.
